Is it legal to buy research peptides from Helix North?

How do I place an order?

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards, debit cards, and Interac e-Transfer. For credit and debit card, you will be asked to submit personal information to verify your identity prior to purchase. Interac e-Transfer is the preferred method of payment.
Is there a minimum order requirement?

Where do you ship?
We operate and ship within Canada only — all provinces and territories. We do not ship internationally.
How fast do orders ship?
In-stock orders placed before our daily cutoff are dispatched the same business day. Orders are shipped discreetly and securely via Canada Post Xpresspost, and you’ll receive a tracking number once your order has been processed.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Typically, orders within Canada are delivered within 1–3 business days, depending on your location. Remote areas may experience longer delivery times.
Is packaging discreet?
Yes. All orders ship in plain, discreet packaging with no product or contents description on the outside.
What if my package is lost or damaged during shipping?
We take every precaution to ensure your package arrives safely. In the rare event of damage or loss, please contact our support team for assistance.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it’s placed?
Orders cannot be modified once they have been placed. If you need to cancel or make changes, please contact us immediately for assistance.

What does “Research Use Only” mean?
Every product we sell is supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research and development use only. Our products are not drugs, supplements, foods, cosmetics, or medical devices, and are not intended for human or veterinary consumption or any in-vivo use.
Do you provide a Certificate of Analysis (COA)?
Yes — batch documentation is available on request. Contact support with the product and, if you have it, the lot number, and we’ll provide the certificate of analysis for that batch.
How should products be stored?
Storage and handling guidance for laboratory use is included with each product and on the product page. We do not provide usage, dosing, or application instructions of any kind, as our products are for research use only.
