Methylene Blue is a phenothiazine redox dye supplied as a 2% (20 mg/mL) aqueous solution, 50 mL. A classic laboratory reagent and redox indicator.

Reconstitution & handling (research use)

Supplied ready as a 2% aqueous solution — no reconstitution required. For laboratory use, dilute with sterile water to the working concentration required. Store at room temperature protected from light and avoid contamination of the stock; refrigeration is optional. Store the lyophilized powder at −20 °C protected from light. Keep reconstituted material refrigerated (2–8 °C) and use within a short period. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles.
